OCENAUDIO SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
(C) 2009-2021, "ocenaudio Team", All Rights Reserved.
You must read and agree to the following license agreement before using our software.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND MUST DESTROY OR RETURN ALL COPIES OF IT. THIS AGREEMENT IS ENFORCEABLE AGAINST YOU AND ANY LEGAL ENTITY THAT OBTAINED THE SOFTWARE AND ON WHOSE BEHALF IT IS USED.
Warning: The software is protected by copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this software may result in severe civil and criminal penalties and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.
LICENSE

"ocenaudio Team" hereby gives you a non-exclusive license to use the software "ocenaudio" (the Software).
You may:
- use the Software on any single computer;
- use the Software on a second computer so long as the primary user of each copy is the same person and more than one copy is not used simultaneously;
- copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy contains all of the original Software's proprietary notices.
You may not:
- permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed above;
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction);
- create derivative works based on the Software;
- copy the Software (except as specified above);
- rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
TERMINATION.
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation.
CRASH REPORT
------------
On Mac OS, in case of crash, you do agree that the software "ocenaudio" collects and sends diagnostic reports anonymously to "ocenaudio Team". All reports will contain your computer's hardware and software specifications, including information about devices connected to your computer and the versions of the operating system and applications you're using on your computer. None of the information submitted identifies you personally.
You have the option to disable the sending of the diagnostic reports changing the value of the setting "br.com.ocenaudio.application.collect_crash_reports.enabled" to "0".
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you.
Should the Software prove defective, you and not "ocenaudio Team" assume the entire cost of any service and repair.
"OCENAUDIO TEAM" IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain in "ocenaudio Team". The Software is protected by international copyright treaties.
